Lighthouse Children’s Home
At Agreenco Environmental Projects, we understand that meaningful community support goes beyond simply responding to visible needs—it requires listening, engaging, and acting where it truly matters. Our recent project with Lighthouse Children’s Home is a perfect example of this approach in action.
Initially, Lighthouse Children’s Home highlighted infrastructure needs, such as repairing climbing frames, replenishing sand in the play area, and planting grass on the boys’ playground. However, through further discussions with their management team, it became clear that the home’s most urgent requirements were more immediate: formula milk, disposable nappies, and reliable electricity.
In response, Agreenco adjusted our support to directly address these critical needs. We proudly donated formula milk, disposable nappies, spoils for the children, and electricity support, ensuring the home could provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in their care.
This project reflects Agreenco’s commitment to being a responsive and caring company. We actively engage with the communities where we operate, contributing to initiatives that create tangible, sustainable change. By supporting Lighthouse Children’s Home in a way that aligns with their most pressing needs, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families who rely on their services.
