Fanus van Wyk is an accomplished executive leader, engineering geologist, and co-founder of Agreenco, with over 25 years experience in green engineering and tailings services, environmental compliance, and sustainable mine closure. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver scalable, future-fit solutions across the resources, energy, industrial, and agricultural sectors. As CEO of Agreenco, the company is shaped into a results-driven, innovative industry leader — driving impact through future-smart operations and environmental compliance solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and communities. His experience spans the full development lifecycle within the resource industries—from Greenfields development and mine design, project finance, tailings management and feasible post-closure solutions. Josta Nkosi is a seasoned business leader with a wealth of experience spanning banking, FMCG, and entrepreneurship. As a director and majority shareholder of Agreenco, Josta plays a key role in driving business development, strategic positioning, and advisory services. With a career that began in banking at Standard Bank and Nedbank, Josta later transitioned to FMCG, where he worked with leading companies like Unilever and Gillette SA. In 2000, he founded Sizano, a successful call centre staffing company, which he sold to the Adcorp Group in 2014. Josta’s broad skill set and strategic mindset enable him to unlock new opportunities and contribute significantly to the growth and success of businesses.

ADRIAN HAAGNER

Adrian Haagner is a restoration ecologist and founder of the Environmental Sciences and Engineering division at Agreenco. He has 21 years of experience in mining and has a successful portfolio of land rehabilitation engineering, water and mine closure projects in numerous countries and across all commodity types.
